I know this sounds like a stupid question but if you create a website and forum, how do you attract people to the site and get them to sign-up?

Try the following ways………
1. Make an ad for ur website and post in google ads.
2.While you chatting ask the user to visit and sign up your site.
3.Post it in any others website or blog.

It is better if u placed your website link in your question.
