There’s really no magic number to get as traffic is only one of the factors advertisers looking to pay top dollars would give those dollars to your site. They consider other factors as well:
- Who is your traffic — if you are trying to reach CEOs, your universe will be much smaller and traffic will be more limited yet your audiece is more desirable to advertisers than teenagers looking to download music. Advertisers will be willing to pay top dollar to reach the CEO audience compared to the teenagers site even if the second site gets 1000x more traffic
- What type of exposure they want on your site — page sponsorship will cost more than a 468×60 banner ad placement

i’ve seen some blog with 1000 days traffic already attract some advertiser. anyhow i’m afraid it would be lot difficult now to get advertiser in the future after google said that they would stop counting paid link on their algorithm. so i guess maybe 10000 days traffic is needed to attract advertiser. but google new algorithm is still new so need some time to see how advertiser react to this new environment.
